Join us for the return of our Small NOAH Pro Forma Training! GMHF staff will lead attendees through the basics of understanding this important tool for securing funding for your Small NOAH acquisition or rehab projects. Whether you’re just starting out or have done a pro forma before, this training is for you.

New Property Owner Seminar
GMHF and Minnesota Multi Housing Association are offering the New Property Owner Seminar at no cost to emerging developers who recently bought or want to buy a multifamily property. This training is designed to build the knowledge and confidence you need to successfully navigate the responsibilities and opportunities of multifamily ownership.
