If you become aware of any suspected wrongdoing including, but not limited to, fraud, theft, conflicts of interest, misuse of company resources, harassment, safety concerns, or violations of law or company policy, we encourage you to report it immediately.
- Anonymous reporting is allowed; if you don’t share your name or other identifying information, you can remain anonymous because IP addresses are not identifiable
- Confidentiality is maintained; reporter identities, if provided, are kept confidential to the greatest extent possible
- Retaliation against any individual who reports in good faith is strictly prohibited
- All reports are assessed and investigated to the extent required
What Happens After You Report?
- The report will be triaged and assigned to the appropriate management team member within 48 hours of receipt
- The management team member will review the report, collect data, conduct interviews, analyze evidence, and develop a report with findings and recommendations that will be reviewed by the management team
- External resources, such as legal counsel or investigators, will be brought in as needed
- All records will be retained for 2 years in secure and limited access location
- Reports involving Board members, President/CEO, and management team will be elevated accordingly to Board Chair, President/CEO, and/or corporate attorney

The following form is used to follow up on allegations of wrongdoing. if you believe wrongdoing is currently happening or has happened, please provide as much information as you are able. You are not legally required to provide any information; however, the more information you provide, the more likely your concern can be property assessed and investigated.
