The GMHF team was proud to join Project for Pride in Living and other project partners on April 15, 2026 to celebrate the grand opening of The Williams, a beautiful new community bringing 60 affordable homes to the east side of Saint Paul.
Built on a former industrial site, The Williams is now a place of stability, opportunity, and connection for residents. Designed for how families actually live today, the development includes one‑ to five‑bedroom homes, including rare five‑bedroom units that support larger and multigenerational households.
GMHF provided a forward commitment for the amortizing first mortgage and we look forward to closing on the loan once our partners at PPL have leased up and stabilized the project.
