Over the last few years, James Crumble has grown into a skilled, community-based developer, and is now set to partner with Trellis on a major redevelopment project in Minneapolis.

These critical investments will preserve and improve 129 units of Section 8 affordable housing for low-income seniors and people with disabilities.

Thanks to a generous $635,000 program-related investment, GMHF was able to support a local developer with the acquisition and preservation of 29 family-sized apartments in Minneapolis.

MPR News featured the celebration to kickoff the new Native American Community Clinic, which will incorporate 83 homes over the new health center.
