Minnesota Brownfields Emerging Developers Workshop

Minnesota Brownfields will again be hosting an emerging developers workshop event free of charge thanks to a grant from the Opus Foundation.
This year will focus on financing for brownfield projects and the importance of due diligence, such as environmental assessments, for project financing. The session includes speakers from local and state government along with a panel of developers who have successfully redeveloped brownfield sites. Lunch will be provided.
There is no cost to attend this event, but registration is required. Registration closes on Thursday, October 1.
