Deal Making 201: The Pro Forma – Overview
Join the Minnesota Women’s Affordable Housing Network for the second session in a four-part series exploring the affordable housing development process.
The in-person Deal Making 201: The Pro Forma – Overview session will cover key concepts and discussion focused on the affordable housing pro forma. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of deal structuring and analysis followed by group discussion and engagement.
Whether you are new to development or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will provide valuable insights to help tee up your project for success.
Networking and morning treats begin at 8:30 a.m., with the presentation and discussion from 8:45 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
A follow-up virtual session, Deal Making 201: The Pro Forma – Online Practical Exercise, will be held on April 23, 2026 to offer participants practical experience with a model pro forma. Registrants will need to register for both sessions separately. Neither session is a requirement for attendance at the other.
