This 100% affordable project near downtown Saint Paul was made possible by many financing partners, including Greater Minnesota Housing Fund.

Sahan Journal profiled this project that included financing from GMHF and $6.5 million in private equity from the Minnesota Equity Fund through the federal low-income housing tax credit program.
