Tax Credit Advisor featured a case study on two new permanent supportive housing projects in Duluth that had separate capital stacks — Wadena West and Welch Place, which included a Minnesota Equity Fund investment.
Wadena West and Welch Place Apartments add 90 units for single adults experiencing homelessness, thanks in part to a $4.9M equity investment from GMHF and Cinnaire.
