We’re excited to share that GMHF is presenting at an upcoming Housing Partnership Network virtual session on Friday, April 24 at 1 p.m.
Irene Ruiz-Briseño, Senior Program Manager – Emerging Developers, will share on our recent report on pairing emerging developers with naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH) preservation.
With the increasingly common pairing of emerging developer and NOAH preservation programs, we undertook an evaluation of efforts in Minnesota.
During the evaluation process, we asked two main questions:
- How well do the parallel goals of supporting emerging developers and NOAH preservation work together in practice?
- What conditions are needed to ensure that the pairing of emerging developer and preservation programs can succeed?
Irene will discuss our findings and recommendations and then open up the conversation to hear from others on their efforts to support emerging developers and preserve NOAH.
