We were honored to join Rice County Habitat For Humanity to celebrate the dedication of the final two homes in the Twin Oaks development in Faribault on February 5, 2026.
These homes are truly special and were thoughtfully designed for families seeking space, stability, and a place to thrive. Fun fact: each home has 6 or 7 bedrooms to ensure room for large or multigenerational households.
The dedication event was overflowing with joy and inspiration, and powerfully underscored the transformational impact that safe, stable housing can have on a family’s future.
This new neighborhood is the result of strong leadership from Rice County Habitat for Humanity, Rice County HRA, Three Rivers Community Action, and many dedicated partners including Minnesota Housing, City of Faribault HRA, USDA Rural Development, and GMHF. Our $2 million construction loan was a key piece of financing to help bring these affordable homeownership opportunities to life.
Welcome home, Ali and Lawson families!
