Join Greater Minnesota Housing Fund for our newest workshop, where you will learn how to complete and analyze a pro forma for single family acquisition or rehab projects.

Staff experts will lead attendees through the basics of understanding this important tool for securing funding for your projects.

Whether you’re just starting out or have done a pro forma before, this training is for you.

Registration is required as space is limited. Lunch will be provided. Participants should bring a laptop in order to follow along during the interactive part of the training.
