Ramsey County Emerging Developers Program Information Session

Are you interested in developing affordable housing options in Ramsey County? Learn about funding opportunities through the Emerging and Diverse Developers Program with this in-person informational session. This solicitation is available for developers with less than 25 units of housing or 15,000 sq. ft of commercial space in Ramsey County. Applications will be open September 9 through November 14.
The session will provide information about the solicitation, project eligibility and timelines. Light snacks will be provided.
