Key Metrics and Goals
By the end of 2029, we aim to achieve the following outcomes:
- $715 million in capital deployed
- $2.5 billion in total development costs mobilized
- 5,440 homes created or preserved
- $5 million in strategic grant support awarded for capacity building, innovation, and a healthy housing ecosystem
- 4,300 hours of technical assistance provided
- Support policy solutions to expand housing resources and improve system effectiveness across Minnesota
