Join Greater Minnesota Housing Fund and Land Bank Twin Cities for our newest workshop, where you will learn how to complete and analyze a pro forma for single family acquisition or rehab projects.
Staff experts will lead attendees through the basics of understanding this important tool for securing funding for your projects. In addition, this training will also feature a panel discussion with the innovative developers behind some of our most exciting single-family home projects. The panelists will share a rare, behind-the-scenes look at what it really takes to navigate the affordable single-family residential development process.
