Minnesota CDFI Coalition Monthly Topical Call: NOAH and Emerging Developers

The GMHF team will be presenting during the Minnesota CDFI Coalition’s Monthly Topical Call on Tuesday, January 20 at 12 p.m. on our new report on Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) and Emerging Developers.

At the end of 2025, we released a report on pairing emerging developers with small naturally occurring housing development from 2021-2024. This event will dig into the report, housing ecosystem supports, and financing lessons that can be applied across property types. The conversation is relevant to anyone interested in the housing ecosystem and financing lessons.
