Please note that Deal Making 201: The Pro Forma – Overview, will be held in-person on April 16, 2026, one week prior to this online session. For those wishing to attend both the In-Person Overview and the Practical Exercise sessions, separate registrations are required. However, both sessions are designed to stand alone, and neither is a requirement for attending the other.
