GMHF does not have its own apartments or townhouses to rent to the public; instead, GMHF works with many partner organizations that do provide housing.
If you are looking for affordable housing in your area, we encourage you to use the following resources:
HousingLink
HousingLink has an online search tool which allows you to search for affordable housing listings, including Section 8 and other subsidized housing. HousingLink also maintains a list of Housing Authority waiting lists. You can subscribe to an alert email which will automatically notify you when a waiting list opens. Visit HousingLink to create a user profile and conduct your own housing search, or browse their housing resources page.
Housing Benefits 101
See Housing Benefits 101, a website built by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to learn about housing options across the state.
City and County Housing & Redevelopment Authorities (HRAs)
U.S. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) has compiled a list of all Minnesota city and county HRAs and PHAs (Public Housing Agencies). Visit HUD site for phone and email contact information for the city and county housing authorities.
