Investment Advisory Services Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Overview

GMHF deploys financing resources such as loans, grants and investments for the creation and preservation of multi-family rental housing and single-family homes, as well as mission-related program services. We serve the housing needs of Minnesota residents across the affordable housing continuum. For this RFQ we are looking for 2-4 firms to provide investment management services to support lending activities in affordable housing.

Timeline for Selection

The following is the selection timeline (full timeline in RFQ). GMHF reserves the right to make changes to the timeline.
