GMHF Seeking DEIB-AR Organizational Development Support

DEIB-AR Request for Proposals Overview

We are dedicated to social and racial justice and committed to advancing solutions that support equity for communities of color throughout Minnesota. We strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve by providing high-quality, affordable housing options, and community development services. To support this commitment we are seeking to engage a consultant to provide the following types of DEIB-AR focused services:

  • Co-create a vision of inclusion, belonging and anti-racism for GMHF.
  • Baseline training for our staff on diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and anti-racism.
  • Work with GMHF leadership and the Board to determine the most effective way for the GMHF Board to be involved in this work.
  • Complete the Intercultural Development Inventory or a similar tool to develop organizational profile and individual staff profiles and development plans.
  • Use the internal surveys and feedback and the co-created vision to develop strategies and action plans to implement the vision.

Submitting a Proposal

Applicants are required to submit proposals electronically via email to bsporlein@gmhf.com. Please include the subject line “PROPOSAL FOR DEIB-AR DEVELOPMENT.” Submissions must be completed by Monday, June 17, 2024.
