Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF) and Destination Medical Center (DMC) are hosting a Resource Expo for Black Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) real estate investors and developers. Organizations will feature their resources available for BIPOC real estate investors and developers.
One of the Expo’s aims is to disrupt systemic racial barriers to real estate investment and development. This event is an opportunity for organizations, government, and community partners to showcase the resources offered in service of creating equity in development and investment of housing in our communities.
Participating organizations include the City of Rochester, Coalition for Rochester Area Housing, Olmsted County, Rochester Area Foundation, Three Rivers Community Action, and Rochester Area Economic Development Inc (RAEDI).
